About Me
I am Cathy Goett, the owner of the private ADHD coaching practice – GOETT FOCUSED. For years, I watched family members struggle as they were continuously told something was wrong with them. It broke my heart because I knew differently. They weren’t wrong, but something was. So I decided to come out of retirement (previously I was a grade-school teacher and librarian) and get my certification as an ADHD Life Coach. Now I work with college students and adult men via coaching and host the annual “On the Right ADHD Trail” summit.

WHAT OTHERS SAY
Our daughter was diagnosed with slow focus ADHD in her first year of College and during Covid crises loomed. We reached out to Cathy, she quickly jumped into action and provided our daughter with incredible tools that will serve her for years to come. Not only did she provide us with resources and support, but truly cared. She has made an incredible difference in our daughter's life and for that, we are thankful! If you or someone you love struggles with ADHD or any learning disability, I highly recommend Cathy. She is the best!

Simply put, Cathy changed my life. I was diagnosed with ADHD in the beginning of my college career and struggled immensely with the diagnosis itself as well as wondering how I could possibly get through college with ADHD. My self esteem was at an all time low, and I had little faith in myself and my scholastic abilities. That was until I met Cathy. She helped me find confidence in myself and gave me the tools I needed to succeed. Cathy taught me more than I could ever put into words. I’m so beyond grateful for everything Cathy has done for me and I can’t imagine having anyone else guiding me through my ADHD journey.

A few words to tell you what I appreciated during the Get on the Right ADHD Trail summit. First the 30min talks format was great for me. Just the right time for my monkey mind and getting to the core quickly. Second I liked your open and practical questions, that also went to the essential, and that you let the speaker speak without interrupting too much as is too common nowadays.
